Class bookings

 

Classes are always subject to availability but at CrossFit Coleraine we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class.

All classes must be prepaid, this is either by a single DROPIN purchase, a block of 10 classes or through a membership purchase.

When cancelling and/or rescheduling please do so up to 2hrs before class start time, this allows others on the waiting list to take your place.

With regard to; Blocks of classes or single DROPIN purchases, if you miss or cancel with less than 2hours’ notice, you will lose that class.  If you cancel with 2 hours’ notice or more, the class gets added back onto your allocation.

Out of consideration for the coach and other members and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train.

  • Classes require two or more people in order to take place.
  • Instructors and classes are subject to change.
  • Personal training sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Blocks of 10 classes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Single DROPIN purchases are valid for 14 days from date of purchase.

 

 

COVID-19 Guidance

 

Due to the global pandemic of COVID-19, CrossFit Coleraine is taking extra precautions, in compliance with government and public health guidance (the “Official Guidance”), as regards social distancing and enhanced disinfecting of our equipment and premises to minimise the risk of the spread of COVID-19 within our community. You, as a member of CrossFit Coleraine, will be required to comply with our precautionary measures and the Official Guidance.

If you, any member of your household, support bubble or anyone with whom you have been in contact and who has notified you that they have or have had symptoms of COVID- 19, being:
i. a high temperature;
ii. a new, continuous cough; or
iii. the loss or a change in your normal sense of smell or taste,
please do not attend the gym. Please follow the Official Guidance regarding self-isolation and seek medical help where required. Please do not return to the gym until you your period of isolation, as per the Official Guidance, has ended.

By using our Services, you are warranting that you will adhere to our precautionary measures and Official Guidance as regards COVID-19. You are also accepting that, whilst we are complying with the Official Guidance and doing everything we can to minimise the risk of the spread of COVID-19, the risk cannot be eliminated entirely. You are therefore using our Services at your own risk and release CrossFit Coleraine from any liability in connection with COVID-19.

 

Agreeing To Terms

 

When purchasing any of our products, you will be asked to agree to our terms by selecting a tick box on our payment screen.

CASUAL VISIT

We have a casual drop-in fee of £12

KIDS

We love kids training in our gym and many of our members have their children come in for some great coaching.  £5 drop-in for kids approx. 12-16

TERMS & CONDITIONS of MEMBERSHIPS

Default billing: All members are required to keep an active credit/debit card on file to be used for membership payments, retail purchases or any other purchase within the gym.

Notice for cancellation: All membership cancellations by members require 7 days’ notice. This must be provided in writing to Eve Flack  eve.flack@gmail.com

Refunds (in the case of cancellation by members / participants): Payments will not be refunded if already processed.

Memberships are non- transferrable.

Automatic renewal: Once your membership term has expired, you will be automatically renewed under the initial terms of your membership for a consecutive term until membership cancellation is requested. If you do not wish to continue your membership, please just send us an email with 7 days’ notice so we can take care of the admin side.  Email Eve on eve.flack@gmail.com

CrossFit Coleraine reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse membership or, where applicable, admission to our non-membership services.  In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to notify the individual(s) concerned of the reasons for our decision.

If you are refused membership or admission to our non-membership services, we will refund the pro-rated balance of any relevant payments you have made to us.

If your membership is terminated by CrossFit Coleraine, we will refund the pro-rated balance of any pre-paid, unused membership fee.

Payment issues 

If your payment fails, MindBody automatically charges us.  Unfortunately this is not something we can control, therefore we encourage you to please schedule your payments for a date where you expect to have funds in the account to avoid an additional fee.  Therefore for every failed transaction there will be £2 fee added on to your payment.

Return/Refund Policy

  • Cancellations of memberships, packages and personal training by members / participants will not be refunded where payment has already been processed.

Important Liability Statement 

The information available on or through this Site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this Site or at the CrossFit Coleraine do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on this web site (and provided by us to you as part of any Services or Products) is correct, but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this web site or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.

You, your legal representatives and your heirs release waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue CrossFit Coleraine and its instructors for any injury or death caused by your own negligence or failure to follow the instructions of instructors.

Commitment to Data Security

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings. CrossFit Coleraine will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.
